14th March - Registration deadline. Team charge payable at registration. Registration is not completed until team charge has been paid.

20th March - Deadline for participant fee payment.

28th March - Arrival and acommodation for the tournament. Opening matches in all categories starts at6 p.m.

29th March - Matches in all categories starts at 9:30 a.m. Leisure activities during day. Leaders metting at 9.00 p.m.

30th March - Matches in all categories starts at 9:30 a.m. Leisure activities during day. Musical event at 9.30 p.m

31th March - Closing matches starts at 9:30 a.m.  Prize presentation and closing ceremony at 6 p.m. Departure at 7 p.m.
